1. No State Pageant in your area

2. You have received an invitation to nationals from your state director by placing in the top 5

I understand that if there is a competition held in my state, i must compete at the state level in order to qualify to compete at the international level. I understand that all monies paid to International Regal Miss is non-refundable and with confirmation of a state/regional title i will be responsible for all national fees.
